Learn more about Alzheimer’s Disease during World Alzheimer’s Month.

Some of us may underestimate our brains and the brilliance of its functioning; we think the mind is a beautiful thing and eternal, and it just might be. However, Alzheimer’s disease takes its toll on millions of people and their brains worldwide. Alzheimer’s is more than just forgetfulness that comes with age; it’s a serious illness in which a patient’s cognitive abilities deteriorate. Check out what we should be aware of about the disease so that we can work to ameliorate its devastating effects, whenever possible, if possible.
