Let’s Boost Our Immune Systems with These Natural Juices

Drinking these juice combinations may boost our immunity.

It’s still cold and flu season, and for those of us starting to feel under the weather, we can put up some resistance and fight back. Preparing these all-natural juices can help boost our immune systems and improve our bodies’ ability to fight off illness. Here are some of the healthy juice recipes that we might try this year.

1) Apple, Carrot, and Orange

Not only does the combination of apple, carrot, and orange juice taste delicious, but it’s also packed with vitamins and nutrients that may help our bodies fight off infection. This juice combo includes vitamins A, B-6, and C, potassium, and folic acid. Please check out the recipe HERE.

2) Orange and Grapefruit

Citrus fruits are a great source of vitamin C which can help protect our cells from damage and help to bolster the immune system. 3) Tomato
